Thanks to an user of our English forum the compiled Dxtn.dll for Amigamerlin's 3.1 R11 driver set is available for download. Using this DLL you will be able to manage S3TC with Opengl Games.
Installation
Copy the DXTN.dll in your Windows System32 Directory
