Fix to ignore windows that are not on the current virtual desktop.
New hotkey to move all windows to a specified screen.
Improved handling of moving windows to a monitor of a different resolution.
Monitor orientation can now be changed.
Many of the command line commands that expect a monitor number can now take 'X' to indicate the monitor that the cursor is on.
