Forum is in german, but the pics speak for themselves...
I own the P5WDG2 WS PRO, latest inofficial bios even supports 45nm quadcores. I am very happy with that board.
If you consider to buy one, be sure to get the PRO version, or else you loose Core2Duo support.

The Pentium4-3.06 DOES run on that board with the latest bios.
Hyperthreading however is a different story :
This only works on latest revision SA7 boards with a newer southbridge chip.
When I recall right on normal SA7 boards there is a SIS961 southbridge which is not capable of Hyperthreading. Later revisions of that board have the SIS962 southbridge which supports HT.
