From what I understand it only for the Velocity Series cards. It might work on the Voodoo 3 TECH since it pretty much the same thing. The only information I could find on it was this link and I know it's not much. [:I]

The Compaq is basically a regular Voodoo 3 1000 with a stupid sticker on the back that says Compaq on it.

The below link you can get one for free all you have to do I think is pay for shipping.

The Gateway card is basically a re-branded Velocity 100.

I own both cards and will have pictures soon.

Just forgot.
My Voodoo5 have Samsung memory marking C40 TC55. Does it mean 5.5ns?

Is yours a Mac?

I just got a Vooodoo 5 MAC 5500 PCI with samsung ram just a few days ago. This one seems a little diffrent than the other mac voodoo's I got in the past. This one has a black DVI connection instead of the regular white DVI connection.

I'm about to flash the card to PC in a few days to see if I can push it to 183mhz.

I'll take some really nice high quality pictures when I wake up later today. It's 2:00 AM here in USA, California. [:I]

Night! :)

I always loved 3dfx and when they went down that really pissed me off so for me it was keeping there name alive by having there 3D cards and showing it to other people and what not. Like I'm doing now. hehe;)

Oh wow that card looks so cool! I should try to get one. The Velocity I have doesn't have any stickers execpt one which the numbers are faded away. :( So I'm guessing it was retail at one point in it's life :)

edit: did you see this website? Can't understand what it says but it looks interesting.

The Velocity 200 I got from ebay and it was just the card itself. How do I find out if it's an enginering smaple? Didn't know the Velocity 200 was a rare card since it was just a low end V3.

No pictures yet, but I'll have them soon.

I have 21 Vodooo Cards, but when I got my VoodooMAC 5 a week ago it made it 22. I decided to collect the MAC cards since they have DVI and they can be flashed to PC. Don't worry I back-up the BIOS just in case.

I lost count, I'll have to check.

I have a factory sealed Voodoo 5 5500 AGP. I really want to rip out the plactic and see the REV # it is. Arhhh!

Nice pictures!

Don't worry about the VoodooMAC I have, it's working great! I just took off the heatsink so I could remove that crap that was on the GPU and apply some AS5. I reflashed the BIOS with a 1.18 BIOS so I could use it daily on my PC with the DVI connection. Works great!

Didn't notice until now, but my MAC has MT ram chips.

All my Voodoo cards still work. Thank goodness.

Cool, that's a very late one you've got then, the 3dfx stickers were the replacements of the AVIDD stickers ;)

Na man I was wrong, I got it confused with my Mac A1 so you were right about my V4 being a A0. Pictures are below.

Nope it's a A1 4100 AGP. I'll take really good pictures of it when I get home so I can show you. It came with the 3dfx sticker on the fan, don't really know if that's means anything.

I have a Voodoo 4 4500 AGP Rev A1 4100 and a Voodoo 5 5500 PCI Mac Rev A1 2900. I'll post high quality pictures when I wake up.:)
