If you have a problem with a game, try
- to describe your problem and all error message(s) (OS, game...)
- to describe your config. (OS, Gfx Card, Cpu ...)
- to write the mini and the recommended system (often, you can read it on the box)
- to put a link for a demo or the site

That can help :)
