Hello everyone.
I have a voodoo3 and i'm trying to play ISS 3.
The problem is that although the game requires 8mb Video Ram,
it also needs 32 bit Rendering and of course i can't run it
on the Voodoo3.
Does anyone have any idea how to solve it?

One solution would be the config. file and try to change from 32 bits to 16 bits inside, if possible.

Do you have a link (the Site ?)

The site is http://www.konami-europe.com but they have support,
for the Pro Evolution Soccer which is problably the next version
of ISS3.
Since konami is a company for writing games mainly for consoles,
their support is not at the level of a PC Company :).
About their config files, from a first look i found out they are not
in text format.
The problem is not the money. I could find a cheap GeForce 2 with 20Euro
and play the game, but i don't want to use Nvidia hardware in my PC[:(!]

The game reports the following:
Quote
This sample requires functionality that is
not available on your Direct3D hardware
accelerator.
Switching to reference rasterizer a software
device that implements the entire Direct3D
feature set, but runs very slowly.

And so is done. It runs so slowly that i
don't have the patience to pass the
splash screen
:D

My machine has the following hardware:
Quote
Voodoo 3 3000
Duron 1.2 MHz
256 MB RAM
Windows 98 SE

InSomNiaN

Runs like crap on my machine too.... Damn s/w render...[:(!]
