I had a text list of all the things changed however my first install of 21.85 took out my WinXP in spectacular fashion and I lost the file whilst juggling with partitions. 
Some things are still missing and I hope to have these sorted within the next two weeks...

The database function has been removed by default for OEM versions. If you wish to use database options download this file and put it into the installed directory. 
Otherwise this is now non-beta quality. I have squashed all the bugs that have been reported (excluding the occasional overclocking bug that is still to be fixed when new code arrives).
