Il chip grafico è destinato all'equipaggiamento di schede grafiche di fascia entry-level: a fronte di un MSRP di soli $59, le card GeForce 9400 GT permettono di usufruire di numerose tecnologie recenti, come HD video, 3D gaming e CUDA.
