i remember that a 6k was tested using one of hese on a modern motherboard - well i have acces to an A64 machine , and would like to throw my 6k in there to see how it does BUT i need one of these adapters ; where do i get one from?

Those adapters were only available in japan, and for a year or something they are completely sold out. A friend of mine was in tokio after christmas 2003 and had no success in buying one. Well, the adapters had big compatibility issues anyway.
I dont know whether there is something like ebay in japan, but I never saw one of them at ebay.com...
