Okay so this really isn't off topic and I know I haven't posted much but wanted to ask how you all felt about cloud based software?

I know it seems like a random question but my job is talking about implementing some software that is cloud based and I avoid it in my personal life at all cost (besides gaming) because I'm skeptical of the security and being hacked, etc. But maybe with the kind of software it is I may not have to worry...I don't know.

Has anyone ever been hacked? And if not, is it something you even worry about?

We use Google sheets in our office and so far I'm having no problems with it. Our data is not that classified though. Just don't use it with your confidential data.

I always forget that is cloud based (don't ask) lol

It's going to be QMS Software, so shouldn't have information that is too confidential...right? I wouldn't imagine it would need anything confidential. It's being implemented by the end of this week so it's too late for anyone to protest now any way.
