Sup
There is missing one component behind Voodoo5 5500 pci card named C504.
Any idea what are the resistance values?

my friend Stephan Kleemann can surely help you out with this, he also repaired my V5 PCI Mac plus renewed it's VRAM with 6ns Hynix SDRAM, he made a Voodoo5 5500 Trouble shooting guide here:
https://www.pct-server.de/~stephan/~hpage4/3dfx-troubleshooting-guide/
just click the Voodoo5 5500 tab and it takes you to the trouble shooting page with all the need to know information.

You can make contact with him here:
https://www.pct-server.de/~stephan/~hpage4/about-me/#contact

HE should know the values you are seeking as well.

Here the V5 PCI Mac he fixed for me:
