Hi! I'm new to this forum...I got Vampire: The Masquerade (Bloodlines) and it won't run on my system. I have the most recent model of Macbook with an integrated Intel 950 GMA graphics solution. When I try to use 3d analyzer it says, "Unable to start graphics engine due to unproper system configuration."

Is there any hope? Please save me!

Thanks,
-E

I don't think that 3DAnalyzer will run on a Mac.

I installed a Windows Parallel partition on the hard drive so that half of my hard drive is allocated to Windows (forgot to mention.) So i'm running Windows on a Mac.

Virtualizazio softwares usually haven't 3D acceleration in guest operating system
VmWare can do basic 3D acceleration with a plugin, i don't know if Parallels have a similar option
The best solution is to create a multiboot with BootCamp
my PC:

AMD Athlon64 3200+ - ASUS K8V-Deluxe - 1GB DDR400 - 3DFX Voodoo 5 5500 PCI

That's what I used. Boot Camp.

Is there any way to make 3d analyzer actually work with Bloodlines?

You need to check "emulate hw T&L" and change "vendor ID" & "Device ID" in the 3DAnalyze menu, then the game should start

I've got the exact same equipment, and I'm trying to run the exact same game. Only I don't get an error message, the mouse just turns into an hourglass for a moment and then nothing happens... Anyway, I've tried all four graphics cards that the program offers, and I've checked the HW TnL emulator thing... Did you get it to run, and if so, what exactly did you do? If not, ****... I really want to play this game.
