Games / Medal of Honor BLOOD ERROR
23 February 2006, 17:19:06
I recently installed a patch that increases the blood in the game. I could see blood now getting out of my enemies bodies, but unfortunately now i see white flickering squares all around the game(generally below a dead soldier). Im not sure if this happens only with Voodoos, but i want someone to tell me if there is a way to fix this so there are no more flickering squares without losing the blood. Any help is greatly appreciated.

PS:I have a Voodoo 3 2000 PCI(16MB) card, and my OS is WIN98SE.

Helloooo? Anyone there? Someone interested in answering my question?

WIN98SE. What do you think about SAGE? Will i have better performance thanks to 3dNow! and SSE with OpenGL games rather than using MesaFX or amigamerlin´s OGL driver?

Hello. I know that Doom3 is fully playable with V3 cards,(low texture quality of course)and want to know if Q4(based on D3 engine)is playable as well...

Hello. I was wonderng which drivers will provide better graphics quality for my Voodoo3 2000 PCI(16MB): SFFT or Amigamerlin 2.9?
In the case that both provide equal graphics quality: which will perform better or give me more compatibility?

edit: As i have a Athlon64, i was wondering if it wouldnt be better for me to use SAGE OGL driver, because i just read that it lets you take juice of 3dnow! and SSE.

Games / OPERATION FLASHPOINT

With bad quality image i was really referring to the faces in the characters of the game, they look ugly. The rest seems fine.
I was using Glide, and 16 bit rendering, since the program doesnt allow me to choose 32 bit(i use 800x600x16).

By the way, may you tell me what "Auto drop down" does?(its in the textures menu)

Hello. Im having bad image quality with my Voodoo3 PCI card in this game, this is due to the 256x256 textures. Is there a way to set these to 1024x1024?

I was wondering if there is a driver for XP Pro 64 bit edition for my Voodoo3 2000 PCI card. May anyone help me?

I have posted the same in other forum site, and Freeman confirmed me that CPUZ and WCPUID were right, the page is outdated, and AMD then released 64 3000+ s754 in Venice Core, the page talked about the first one released (Winchester core). Here is a link to see the forum and the specs confirming SSE3 and 90nm SOI tech:

Hello. I read in a very old page (September 23, 2003)about Athlon vs P4 that Athlon 64 CPUs in Socket754 don´t have the SSE3 instructions set,(i know its really an expansion for SSE2) and that they work at 0.13µ.
But i recently(1 month ago) bought a NEW Athlon64 3000+ S754, and when i run CPU-Z and WCPUID(with the lastest update available) they both say 90nm and SSE3!
I´m happy about this, but i wonder if its a mistake and i should be sad once again...May any1 tell me?

Hi! I recently bought 512MB DDR400 and when i run CPU-Z it says "Max bandwith 3200(200Mhz)"... Is this normal, or the vendor has cheated me?

edit: My specs: AMD Athlon64 3000+(S754), ASUS K8N4-E Deluxe(NForce4 Chipset), Win98SE
And please excuse my ignorance in this subject.
