Have all Voodoo5 5000 cards this " not for resale " remarks ? Because they were produced for oem market, aren't they ?

Yes the cards are existing, but they are only engineering samples from them..  None of both have reached retail ..

I still haven't became any mail, but lycos is famous with it's slow mails.. I will post them as fast as i can..

No, the firsr person also have tried it with a "normal" Voodoo5 PCI, so without DVI.

Yes this is a voodoo4 4500 agp. Good to know, that it has this Serial number

Hey, take it easy.
Why do you want to remove the DVI support ? I have also flashed it m and it works by me.
But flashing a cards is always dangerous..

yes Rolo01's card is realy a beaty..

These other cards are only ideas , what 3dfx had produced, if they were alive.. what's a pity

Someone has also tried it by voodooalert.de  You can flash your PCI card in a pC. You flash it like with the normal ritual procesess, but with the  Voodoo5 5500 Mac bios of course, which i also have, if you cant find , i can e mail it. Normally you have to flash it twice  because at first time , the pc will stop and doesn't continue with flashing, just restart tthe pc and flash it again. And you have a VOodoo5 5500 PCI MAC !Enjoy it

i don#t think so, they haven't destroy them, some have gone to Quantum3D and are stocked there, and some are also by Nvidia. But non eof them are destroyed.

as far as i know has a Voodoo3 3000 PCI cards sgrams. ans the agp versions has sdram. but i don't think, that there is a Voodoo3 3000 AGP with Sdram or visa verca..

I have thought, that Amigamerlin and his team have good connections with former 3dfx workers ? Maybe they can ask for us ?
