hi there i cant get my dads move to move on pc and it stays stuck in same spot on screen.i have tryed different mice and sometimes they move ,but then they get stuck.any one have any solutions,i wud be grateful.

i keep getting this message when i try to play pro cycling manager.
failed to initialise 3d engine check mother board and drivers are upto date.is there anything i can do to get this game to wrk?
