Holy hell! I gotta say it's awesome to see this community up and thriving in the year 2013 no less. :D I haven't been on in ages but I'm starting to get some renewed interest. I have a V5500 Mac on 66mhz pci, copper gpu sinks, on WinXP. I typically just run Amigamerlin3.1r11 as my usual goal is more frames in DOOM3 w/thunderGL. (P4 3ghz w/hyperthreading gets spanked by Athlon64 2800+ in Doom3. Same ram, same drives.) I have ran SFFT 1.9 Seems to work fine, better compatibility in newer games, but requires a restart every now and then or I see a 3dfxvsm crash in XP SP2.
I did make a frankenstein Amigamerlin SFFT cross back in the day. Dropped the 3dfxvsm from SFFT (1.3 I believe) into the driver install and it ran HL2 with 2xAA all the way through at high frames. Only problem was texture corruption on the water, and if I disabled AA crash after three seconds.
I also got 3dMark 2001 to run via WineD3D into mesaFX (yay for GLIDE) a couple times. High frames but bizarre color and texture corruption. I think this is going to be my main interest if I find time to Voodoo it up again.

Hello Geri! just want you to know I have been all worked up about a new OpenGL/glide assist program since you said you might start ThunderGL again on falconfly. I'm all in for testing TitaniumDFX and project XXXXXXXXGL they both sound very interesting. Just a few questions though. You said that project XXXXXXXXGL will not be a wrapper? Will TitaniumDFX be a wrapper like ThunderGL and work in conjunction with 3dfx cards then? Or will it be stand alone like project XXXXXXXXGL and simply emulate GLIDE on the CPU? I really hope the first release is promising and effective! Gonna hafta build an AM3 system to take advantage of these new Titanium projects! I really hope TitaniumDFX is available soon! Keep up the amazing work Geri!

Once again I have: S3 VirgeDX 8mb with 3rd party fastware bios, Geforce4 ti4200 w/ burnt pixel pipes, Radeon7200 32mb, and ofcourse my beloved Voodoo5 5500 PCI MAC. All are ready to try out XXXXXXXXGL (I will purchase soon once school calms down) and my Voodoo 5 is absolutely craving a release of this TitaniumDFX.

Excellent. Good to see the community is still alive and a Voodoo2 driver no less! Who would have thought a 12 year old card would still have a following. No one still makes drivers for Rage or TNT now do they! Any chance of a new VSA-100 driver in the future? It seems that SFFT is officially finished with his project and my V5 is getting anxious to try some new shoes on! Might hafta find a c++ class to take if I don't see fresh drivers soon :)! Anyway awesome to see the Voodoo2 get a fresh charge. Keep up the good work koolsmoky!
