CAN PLAY POP SOT WITH GEFORCE 2 GTS 64 mb ddr

I have a athlon 1.4 cpu with 786 mb ddr ram and geforce 2 gts 64 mb ddr

I used 3D analyze 2.31 with these settings
windowed mode (must) can run in 1024*768 in this mode but 800 * 600 is smoother
force z buffer
force sw tnl

everything checked in hardware limits (cap bits)

"ONLY" emulate cube maps checked in hardware limts (features)

And I used vendor ID 4098 device ID 20040

settings in prince of persia

Special effects - low
shadow effects - high
water effects - on
fog - off

In Advanced
Filtering - trilinear
v-sync - enable
texture quality high

Not as great as high end cards but looks quite good...

Hope it solves your problems

Try the ones tiger has listed. The GF4 is simply an "optimized" GF2. Heck, I'll bet the GF2 GTS is faster than the GF4 MX.

Nah, OverClock :D God knows higher clock speeds is the classic way for nvidia to get themselves out of trouble. And from what I understand, they are fairly decent OCers, and not that great of a loss if they burn ;)

i hate to bump a (very) old topic, but i am having a problem with this too. i try the stuff it says but when i click the run button, an error message comes up that says "game cannot be launched: operation completed successfully."
