I-Ninja works nicely on most HWTnL/SwTnl cards but in some cases it may seem unplayable. Here's why.

Issue: Videos play. Menu visible. Background visible but characters and foreground invisible. Audio can be heard.

Fix: 3D Analyzer 2.36; Check 'Force zbuffer' and run the game. Enjoy.
