Can i run Splinter Cell - Chaos Theory on my pc with 3D-Analyzer?

system configuration-

Intel Pentium 4ht 3.06GHz,
intel D915GV chipset,
1.25Gb DDR1 ram,
128mb on board memory [no geforce or ati].

When i run this game , gives me error about my video card,
plz , help me out,
