Voodoo Rampage support has been added to TitaniumGL



TitaniumGL for Windows98:

3dfx Voodoo Rampage (Spectre) 1000/2000 support has been added to the driver.

-Max 256x256 textures on Rampage - Rampage only have 9 mbyte of RAM accessible, so TitaniumGL limits the maximal texture size with this small amout of RAM

-Dont forget to have Directx9 installed. Without that, TitaniumGL will not load.

I just tested my new particle system, and goed out from the room for a 5-10 minutes. After that, for some reason i tuched the ram-s on my video card. I jumped a small from the feeling, the vga-ram with the passive cooling was brutally hot
Somehow this small application making every (newer) video card to awesome hot. Ideal to test coolings on VGA cards. Tested on overclocked 9800PRO and on a Ti4200. Be carefull.

-TitaniumGL needs stronger cpu.
-TitaniumGL's game compatibility with the great old opengl games is mutch lower than other 3dfx card opengl drivers, it is probably much slower than them.
-OpenGL version number is 1.3, and i am not plan to expand it currently.

Using LegendgrafiX VoodooMage 2 2.X.X, you must follow the patch instructions. You find it in the driver package. Whitout this mechanism KISS: Psicho Circus The Nightmare Child dont run.

i dont need the file, i need only the file name, like:

Hi!

This is my driver package, it support WindowsXP!
Direct3D, OpenGL, Glide!

Yes, full hardware Direct3D, whitout secondary monitor, or other scarry thing!
The driver language is hungarian, may i try to transalate it, but i can not spek english well, but i try to explain how to use this driver.
I think it is a low bandwith server to other contries, but if u want to download it, i think it will work.
1. To install the driver, run install.bat! Otherwise the install will fail!!!!
2. To skip the intro, press enter!
3. Press "Tovább", "Tovább", then "Kezdés" buttons!
4. Restart computer!
5. To run a Direct3D game, grab the icon of the game with the mouse, and drop it to the
"Voodoo2 Direct3D indítópult.lnk" icon in the desktop!
This is a beta release, so ay occur the following problems:
1. May glide2x/3x/opengl will not run, an error appears.
2. May the system hangs and/or a wrong display seen in the monitor.
Tested & compatible primary videocards: Nvidia Geforce FX, Riva128
Tested and not compatible cards: Trident cards released before 1994
May not compatible: ATi Radeon series
if the second error appers, and d3d not properly initialize, go to regedit, export a reg, comress
it, upload it to soewhere, and send to me the link. Please do not send me file in e-mail!
