looking at the ini file,I would say it is possible,but someone much more skilled than me will have to have a look at it,SFFT for example ;)

Fzeri, according the look at theyr site, for the faqs, V3 cant run it.

3dfx Voodoo 3 3000: Rise of Nations will not run on computers using this video board, regardless of operating system. After the program is run, the screen will briefly flash black before returning to the desktop. There is no known solution.

I dont know wich version u got of V3 but make sure u know it

at a 2000 it says video card not supported and i dont know with 3500

they have tried it with old drivers,no wonder it didnt work.SFFT drivers can fix lots of stuff,I'll have a look at it,but no promises..
