I am using the Packard Bell Voodoo3 2000!!!!![|)]
But I can't flash my card!!!!!!![xx(]

I downloaded the flash.exe (including dos4gw.exe)
and the voodoo 3 2000 rom,
then use the Window ME 'Boot Disk' to go in
the 'Minimal Command Prompt',
then type 'Flash 2k06sd.rom' .
A second later,
it come out words:
"there is some error,would you like to continue? Y/N'
I typed 'yes'
A second later,it come out other words:
"Error:unknowed manufacturer"
I restarted my computer,
and used the same method,
and it comed the same message!!!!!!
