I got an old system P2 350mhz with 320meg ram and a voodoo3 2000 I play alot of first person shooters like quake3 and run win98 I was wondering what the best drivers for my system were and what the best tweaks would be for it. I also have directx9 installed any suggestions?

i would begin with the drivers 1.07.00 (22/11/2000) (3Dfx Latest Final Version), stable and very compatible

if necessary, you can always update the drivers

a question : why DirX9 on your pc ?

I'm not sure really guess I installed it thinking Directx 9 was better.

If you wont updated drivers, take the Amigamerlin 2.5se
Do not install DX 9, your sistem don' t need it!
Take the DX8.1!

thanks very much :) is there any way to uninstall directx 9 so i can install 8.1 or do I have to wipe everything?

Since there no way to uninstall dx9, I think it is no need in clearing it all up, right now.
You should not come into trouble with dx9 installed, instead of the 8.1; everything should work right anyway. ;)

he, he frankly with a P2, a V3 2k and games like Q3, i install Win98SE, the 3dfx drivers 1.07.00 and DirX7.0a

and then and only, if necessary, i update ;)
