Finally I have instaled games that I looked forward long time. I was suprised that I'm not able to run this game smoothly in 640x480x16 with details set to normal and with everything in menu performance set to low. I'm not able to shot someone in this resolution
It seems to me that there isn't texture compresion working. So just looked on the screens.

My spec:
Voodoo5 5500 PCI
MESAfx 6.2.0.1
Glide from mesa package
Athlon 3200+,256MB RAM DDR400, W2k

i'm interested if there is any progress on DRI TDFX driver. I think that we still doesn't have SLI support on Linux. From Daniel I know that SLI support was planned and former 3dfx engineer have some idea how to implement it.
Maybe would be better to post it on DRI-mailing list,but on this community forum are also skilled developers.Maybe someone would help

i'm not able to run Painkiller with 3Danalyze.It has for 1 seconds with blank screen and then it just ends. Patch for Painkiller is only for demo. Is there any solution?

I found that this configuration is working only in "single chip" mode. Any other mode will sleep my monitor. I can run everything in 640x480 resolution but any higher will sleep monitor. Interesting is that problem depends on drivers too. On AM3.0 my monitor sleep but on 1.07 drivers it is working but the sreen is corrupted.

Does anybody here have any experience with that? Is there solution for that?

Is there any possibility how to overclock Daytona card? I cannot flash BIOS neither backup BIOS because 3dfx FLASHer doesnt know Daytona card. V_ctrl and VSA-100 overcloker doesnt know ID of this card and Koolsmoky didnt response to my email.
Do anybody knows about overclocking this card?

I'd like to know what is the status of progress on DX core of 3dfx drivers. I think a lot of time pass since the last update for AM3.0. I'm only interested in this, i'm not going to blame anyone for any reason

I`d like to know which version of leaked rivers we have. I think that we have oficial (1.04.xx). I think that will be better to have Reid`s sources (1.07.xx). better compatibility with Dx 8.0 and HSR code included for OGL and D3D.

To Superbox: i`d like to know which BIOS you finally used for flash you V5 MAC. And I`m interessted if your DVI output really work. `cos after i flashed my V5 Mac, i have DVI option in 3dfx tools but when i attached a flat panel on it doesn`t work.
