I've got an ASUS P4S533 with the SiS 645DX chipset and a V5 5500.
So I think there will be no problem.

ASUS P4S533 | Intel Pentium 4 2,261GHz | 512MB Samsung PC2700 DDR-SDRAM | Voodoo 5 5500 AGP
