i need faq or any instructions for Vmod to voodoo 5500 PCI
My Voodoo 5500DVI based on Micron 5,5 ns Memory and boost to 205-210 mhz
ofc i change and modif timings set (i spend around 4days)
I think when i Voltage boost posible voodoo go to 230/230 [:p]
Btw. i find Vmod but for AGP ver and Italian language :-(

how did you get 5.5ns ram?! its original, or you changed the original ram?
can someone post a link to the original VMOD in Italian? I can take a look at it and try to give an English spin on it. Simplify it even.

i dont know but i think my voodoo use only ONE CHIP (GPU) on 2d(normal) and 3d :(
and when i set 166mhz or 205mhz results = no Boost - the same score always on quake3 timedemo and 3dmark 2001se [V]
difference in score is when i use 1600x1200 - 166mhz = 42fps(timedemo2) - 205mhz =51fps (Timedemo2)
i install voodoo 4500AGP @195mhz and its faster than Voodoo 5500MAC 205mhz [xx(] [?]
any suggesting [?]

in 3dfxtools, make sure in the "anti aliasing "option, all set to "fastest perfromance"
Use the VSA-100 OC, another OC programs are only overclock 1 chip.
The standard over-clocker does not work on V5. Only the master chip is programmed to higher clock rates. KoolSmoky did a patch a loooooong time ago to program both chips to higher clock. I just do not remember where he posted it.
If the slave chip is still running at 166 you will not get a boost in performance. Also see that you are in Fastest Performance mode, like mentioned by ahavasi.
