I was just wondering what the best OS is for using a voodoo 5 5500 AGP?

witch one will give best performance and also still have 16bit installer compatibility for older games such as Need For Speed 2 SE.

Win7 64bit won't let me install it :(

I'd say go for Windows98 second edition. DOS and DOS sound support sucks in Windows XP.
