nope thats a auto setting thing which gives you diffrent fssa setting depending if you got a voodoo 4 or voodoo 5 or voodoo 6000 card
there other tweaks which do inhance the card and that reg setting will not help you in this area of speed tweaking the vodooo 5 ok
look at sli band height under dx8 games like tony hawk 3 and sli band height of 32 or 16 seem the game plays at much smoother frame rates
