You could try pluging another video card (PCI) to the m/b, boot from PCI  and work your bios restore from there.

Games / OPERATION FLASHPOINT
06 February 2006, 15:22:56
Quotethis is due to the 256x256 textures. Is there a way to set these to 1024x1024?
OPERATION FLASHPOINT (not resistance) supports only up to 256x256 textures.
Auto drop down reduces the size of textures when low in fps

QuoteEasy in Greece to find a Voodoo2 ?
Hmm... I'm afraid not; but if you're lucky you can find one for 15E or so

MesaFX / HITMAN2 HELP
10 January 2006, 16:39:54
Through the mesaFX control panel ---> (MESA_FX_MAXLOD), set max texture size to 512x512, or 1024x1024

By the way, everything (includind 3dmark[:p]) is now (Alpha33) faster for Voodoo3 :D
#36
Quote... Are you saying that, to make it available I need some special stuff from NuA ?
No, I'm not saying that. It's simply not available in games, I haven't seen a single game supporting V3 AA. Some say the Tomb Rider (original) had EdgeAA support, but I never had this game :P
#37
If AA is working, there is one thing for sure: YOU CAN SEE IT[8D]
AntiAliasing (Edge, not FSAA)is working for Voodoo3, but the software has to support it. I say this because I have seen it work with the glide demo files (not game) that were included with the "souce code" NuA had released:D, but I have lost it and now it doesn't seem accesible on the internet[B)]

Quotealthough NuAngels seems to be good candidate (I mean it`s the only cadidate for now)
If I remember correctly, NuAngel's drivers have the core files of the 1.07.00b

Quoteah forgot to mention that my UT... I got rid of unnecessary sh1t like dynamic lightning and other functions that arent so noticeble but take fps's
[xx(] UT was made with V3 in mind. It should be run in all its graphics to max with no problem[8D]

I'll answer your last question:D
Both TMUs are being used in Voodoo3 2000:)
To test this yourself, just run a fillrate test in 3dmark. You'll notice the multi texturing test giving almost double score than single texturing, as voodoo3[:p] has 1 pipline - 2 TMUs

weird, I had good resaults with hypersnap [8)]
#41
Telemachus, give some give give

And you could try taking your screenshots with HypersnapDX, that should get rid of the problem + get 3D filtered screenshots
#42
Hmm...
The gamma probably depends on the driver , not the glide dll

That benchmark page is way too OLD, and these drivers use the same glide dlls, more or less (the latest 3dfx dlls). One or two olny use the 761 icd...[:p]

If you want my opinion, don't bother with 3rd party drivers + win98/me. Go to falconfly's page and download the driver that suits you.
(31 Jan 2001  V1.07.00b would be fine)

No, you didn't. Don't expect huge differences. It's only that with koolsmoky's glide2x (2.61.0.2604), peak fps @ UT (not average)went up
#44
Telemachus,
as far as I remember, the best you can do is to use koolsmoky's glide2x.dll driver:D

At 800x600 the refresh rate is probably changed also, to a rate that the LCD does not support (and that is my best guess)
Try changing resolusion from a 60Hz refresh rate
