How do I config 3d to play Spore on her machine?

Ok. I updated the chipset and video drivers but we're still having problems. Whats next??

My g/f's trying to play SPORE and she can play for a while but when a lot starts happening in the game it crashes. She has to play Oldblivion and that crashes as well. What would be a good setting to use 3D analyze for Spore? She's using a Gateway laptop using the intel GMA chipset, 2 gb RAM and Pentium M. Thanks. By the way I'm new!
