Title: Any help for a noob with a Voodoo 5 5500?

mmk i jus gota voodoo 5 5500, and it's completly screwed when i try to play,SOF2 (double helix) and Jedi outcast 2. but i've tried Star trek bridge commander and it works peachy, i've got  the driver version 4.12.01.0666 and it still all dead, anyone gots and help?

(if the pic dun work, the problem is, all screen is white on main menu, and text is blocked hugely)

few things, ima running 98 SE with a amd athalon 1.5XP chip, 512k DDR ram soltek VIA Apollo KT266A

Welcome to forum: please visit this page  https://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/3dfx/wickedgl/en/index.htm and use Amigamerlin 2.9 drivers (with WickedGL for SOF2 and Jedi Outcast 2 games) to get better performance and a correct graphic output.

Thanks allot,that cleared up the white, but now text is scatterd and mostly garble, ima gonna try reformatting anyway, it could help, Thanks again :)

Try others OpenGL games like i.e. Quake 3 Arena and let us know...

just tried Star trek elite force, was same text as Jedi at first. but when i installed the wicked gl onto it, and it works now

lol, that looks more like a refresh issue. Anyway, regarding the new drivers...is there gonna be a new icd coming? And will the opengl be updated to 1.2?
