LoL, I want to play this game with my Voodoo2.

What changes did you do to play BloodRayne?
I have changed configuration files, but I can't play with this game. And when I use WickedGL or MesaFX, my monitor goes black and I can't exit the game.

Very good news for Voodoo2 users!!!

I have tried it,all I did was that I made sure my V2 SLI works (quake1/unreal tournament),place mesafx 6201 to the game folder and chose opengl and 640*480 resolution (important! other resolutions dont seem to work) when launching.there are few intro movies that are not displayed so you will have to wait with a black screen quite a while, the resolution should change few times and you should end in the main menu.dont know about BOSS,but I had to activate sw rescaling as well (maxlod=10) to avoid untextured charactes..but the game is nowhere near playable, there are huge problems with lightning and many textures are blocky, flicker etc.but its fun anyway, seeing a game with geforce2 listed as minimum running on a voodoo2..

I tried this game (demo version) now.

-AMD K7, 2133 Mhz
-512 Mbyte DDR
-Voodoo2 SLI 2x12Mbyte

-WindowsXP
-LegendgrafiX VoodooMage 2.2.5

I started the game, and as ps47 noticed, no intros displayed (all of the intros are playing on the primary video card :D ).
I selected OpenGL (used MesaFX), and 640x480.
The menu was a bit too light. The game was playable ~15-30 fps, but no textures on the caracters.

use software rescaling (create a batch file with set MESA_FX_MAXLOD=10 variable).the full game should have better support for opengl btw,its not fully supported in the demo.

It doesn't work for me. I have tried demo and full version and with MesaFX my monitor shutdowns and I have to restart. With "Sage" the utility from DBorca's site, this game works for a few seconds. It enter the game and load first map and shows the game but a few seconds after, it shows me an error related with "vertex" program.

Yes, Sage has problems with a lot of games, but it is the first OpenGL wrapper that works in BloodRayne for me. MesaFX shutdowns my monitor and Wicked3D doesn't pass of Demo's screen page.

I have proved MesaFX 6.3.0.1 and MesaFX 6.1.0.9 in two Windows XP but always shutdowns my monitor.

My system:
ECS K7S5A
AMD Athlon 1600 XP+
512 Mb
ATI Radeon 9600 XT
2 Voodoo2 SLI Creative 12Mb
Windows XP Proffesional SP2
LegendGrafix VoodooMage2 2.2.0
