Title: FastVoodoo2 3.5 XP
Post by: PanoramixDruida on 05 November 2003, 00:28:42
Hi guys, I've installed FastVoodoo2 3.5 for Windows XP, but I cannot see the tab in the Display Properties windows.
I've read that some people are having problems running games with this same drivers release.
May be something wrong?

Hi PanoramixDruida,

i'm sorry for answer delay but other members don't like join to support topic so i must do (also) it...when i can.

Let's go back to Voodoo2 issue.

- Remove FV3.5 by unistall string located in Control Panel -->...

- Repeat this for your primary card.

- Then reboot and follow FV2 install procedure that is in driver readme file.

- Reboot and run setup of primary card driver.

If problem remains you must downgrade to 3.0 XP release.

In the next post please specify me which video card and central processor are in your system.

Bye bye

Thanks Glide. I'll give it a try.
I have a Chaintech A-FX20 (GeForceFX 5200) as a primary video card, a SOYO 7ISA+ mainboard, a Pentium III 1000MHz and 384Mb of system RAM.

Glide, I did a fresh WinXP Home install, so I've installed the FastVoodoo2 3.5 first, and then the GeForceFX. But I had the same problem, so I've downgraded to 3.0. Oops!

Hi Glide!, I've read the e-mail you've sent to me. As I told you, I had problems with 3.5 release, and I've downgraded to 3.0.
Thanks for your help!
