Been scouring the net for a comprehensive list of games which support/ed the Glide API natively (ie. not having to use wrappers). Unreal/UT obviously but can somone either list or link to a list of all the games which used this?

hmm, this has been a question for a long time. There is no complete list of all the games that use Glide primarily or support it, because there are so many. I could fill this page just with the ones I know, but I only have a few minutes so I'll just say that and go...

hey amp man its pretty simple how to run in glide Need for speed 3 has a 3dsetup directory in the 3dsetup directory there is a file called 3dsetup.ini or something of the sort. edit that and see if you can find a line for the voodoo i think it end on the voodoo3. in it simply add your card the voodoo 5 like the voodoo 3 line and viola it will run in glide.

the gile in SS is supposed to support voodoo2 only.
you can choose it in the start menu or in the video options- change opengl driver
@bsarc, I tried that, and it didn't help. The card never would appear in the 3D Setup, no matter how hard I tried. The only thing I haven't tried is the official drivers, I use AM2.9, so I might give that a shot at some point.
hmm interesting amp dude. i have another suggestion. go into your registry and find the entry for electronic arts and need for speed . find the 3d setup settings and change renderer from d3d to voodoo2 that should do it. and i quote

If NfS is not running in Glide you can force that by changing the registry key: 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed' for thrash driver setting type: "voodoo2". Good luck, now you're in Glide! Set triple buffer to 1 if possible...

@LGC, you will need to go into a little more detail, probably in a different thread. You shouldn't be using Amigamerlin 3.0 if you have a V3 on XP, it should be AmigaSport.
