Title: Another year on..so how is our Voodoo hardware?
Post by: Chips on 26 October 2006, 12:41:23
Hello fellow 3dFx fans:),

Well, another year has passed and our Voodoo hardware is ageing, but still going strong of course!!!! [8D]

I'm just curious if anyone has "lost" their voodoo cards due to hardware failures and which sort.

This might help everyone preserve their cards better if there was something that could of been avoided.

For example, all my voodoo cards are all going strong...and I only blew up a Voodoo1 years ago because of my stupidity trying to overclock it [:o)]

My Voodoos are working still as...Voodoos :)
Of course, I don't overclock those cards.

Bye Bye

Dead? Far from it! 2006 was a special year for me because I finally own a Voodoo5 6000. She and all other Voodoos run fine and still kick ass. :)

Greetings from Germany,
Raff

Well, only one of my voodoos(v3 3k) are still in "active duty", though, can't remember last time i ran 3d on it. Others are resting  in pile of hardware. So pretty much voodoos live only in my memories ;)
