ATI's site has a tab on top of their home page for "Drivers & Software" under that tab you can choose your OS. Then you choose your card type (Radeon, AIW, TV Tuner ect.) Download the drivers and then run the .exe file... Reboot your system and you're done.

Catalyst 6.6 only supports the Radeon 9500-and up.So, if you have and older Radeon than that, then use  the 6.5 radeon.
