Nice passive cooler and welcome here.

About you problem, please read carefully this topic: http://www.3dfxzone.it/enboard/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=940.

In fact, in most cases a bad Voodoo2 driver setup makes this issue: a good idea is removing and installing again latest primary card driver before following Voodoo2 install procedure suggestions.

Good luck.

have you tried to change pci slot?
have you tried with another voodoo2?
have you tried with another set of drivers?

maybe the problem is the slot pci or a particular incompatibility between mobo os and your voodoo2..

welcome here also by me!:)

Hum, stay cool ;)
- you have installed many drivers (?), would be interesting to see if you have removed all the .inf and if the registry is "clean" (backup before)
- your mobo is very modern (i own the KX400+ Pro) ; would be also interesting to see in the bios if you can "reduce" some features dedicated to the slots pci

Hum, if your card is damaged (no possible to repair, i guess ?)
If you buy to 2 new Voodoo 2s, try to find 2 identical cards (Diamond, CreativeLabs are common).
ps : Don't worry about your english, mine is not perfect also. ;)
