Our company is currently undergoing audit and as everyone knows, this is kinda tedious. But it is also an important part of continuous improvement. I am looking for a tool that will allow us to create audit plans, one that can generate a comprehensive audit report for all audits within the system. Does anyone know where I can find one? I really need help, please let me know if anyone of you has an idea on this. Thanks!
Have you heard about risk management? If not, you can search thru Google and from there, you can compare the vendors and decide which suits you best. Good luck!
