did you try that ? :
- don't remove the first install
- try again a new install and choose "Repair" in the 3Dfx tools setup program

Stilla on the files you downlaoded there is a readme file which gives you the steps to follow to be able to have the 3dfx tools work. Give it a look and you'll see your problems will be solved.

In the readme file from the amigamerlin 2.5 se said that i had to delete the 3dfxvs folder in the regedit, reboot, then execute the driver setup, reboot again, and then execute the isetup to completely install the tools.
I did all this and im still haveing the same problems :(.
Please someone help me with this one.

Hrmmm, thats weird, I've installed those drivers 5 times, followed those instructions and everything is working alright.

I recommend you to uninstall the drivers then erase the folder on the registry.
Be sure the execute Driver Setup and not the "SETUP" installation first, then reboot
Then execute the ISETUP. and reboot, you shoud have no problems

NOTE: be SURE to execute the file Driver Setup not the SETUP.
