But some bugs are still exists, i.e. in the Need For Speed HP2 special effects on the cars don't work (no mirrors and goround shading) and Mechwarrior 4 Mercenaries reboot the machine with BSOD.

SFFT Alpha 13, Athlon XP 1700+, 256 Mb DDR, Voodoo 5 5500 AGP, GA-7FX+.

Drivers are perfect, but bugs still there.
Need For Speed HP2 by EA Sports - special effects on cars didn't work. In AM3.0 & 3dfx original drivers all ok.
MechWarroir 4 Mercenaries reboot the computer.

Drivers are cool, but I have some bugs.
In HFS HP2 dissapeared special effects on the cars. They looks simply
textured.
MechWarrior 4 Mercenaries reboot computer when lounched.

Blood Omen 2 & NFS Undeground work with this drivers or not? Or they reboot
machine?

I have bugs with my Voodoo 5 5500 AGP, WinXP SP1 and all drivers, includin' original 3dfx driver (3dfxvs.dll ver. 5.00.2195.0232). The bugs in DirectX games (most of them uses DirectX8): Sacred, Arx Fatalis, NFS Hot Pursuit 2, GROM, BMX2 and some others. Only if i install original driver over standart WinXP driver w/o deleting 3dfxvs section of registry, i have normal picture. Most of other games works perfect, such as Hitman2, Max Payne 1&2.
The bugs:
Arx Fatalis - mana and health indicates, but not change on the screen, mouse cursor static on the black squer, menus don't transparent.
NFS HP2 - no small NFS logo in the game menus and their borders looks ugly, loading bar longer then normal and w/o border, back mirror also w/o border.
Sacred - transparent map don't work and on the map all black, pictures on the different load screens looks same.
BMX - all text in the game blinking or not rendering.
When i install AM 3.0 there is disappear 85 Hz for 960x720 res. - it has only 60&75Hz.

Sorry, I'm forgot that i change Voodoo 4 4500 to Voodoo 5 5500 - bugs stay.

Tried, but no result. Any dll different from ver. 5.00.2195.0232 makes buggy. (

Try console command "vgui_emulatemouse 1". On Voodoo 5 5500 with MesaFX no mouse, but after type this command mouse appeared.

I have bug with my Voodoo 4 4500 by Elpin Systems and any driver from Amigamerlin in Windows XP but original 3dfx driver ver. 5.00.2195.0232 works correctly. This bug is in the Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 - loading bar is very ugly and the back mirror border too. In Arx Fatalis there are bugs this icons of life and mana - icons are not changes when this characteristics changes. In many newest games also these bugs. In the Mafia, for example, loading bar instead of dots looks like bar. Help me, please. Installation procedure i perform right.
