doing a quick google doesn't show a lot of info about this adapter.. but it certainly looks like it requires some extra juice and maybe signaling from the motherboard?  J6 looks like a power connector to me..
I'm also do not find more info? but I think it could be worked, and one of two connectors must be power. If somebody get this device to work it would be the cheapest AGP adapter! It costs only 20-30 usd.

Idea about Agp to PCI Adapter
Apple G4 Cube does not have AGP port, only PCI, but there is very interesting Apple 820-1102-A Cube Video Card Riser Board[http://www.kpsurplus.com/buy/apple_820_1102_a_cube_video_card_riser_board/36302]. I think that it can be used for PC. G4 Cube Manual you can download there [http://cubeowner.com/manuals/replacement_parts.pdf]. I have bought one, but when I put into the PCI slot even without any videocard PC does not start, may be it is necessary give additional voltage on J4 or J6 pins or to isolate some pins or something else. If somebody have any ideas about it?

You choose depends of what 2D chip contain your voodoo rush card. There are two chips: Alliance Semiconductor (AT25)and Macronix International Inc. - MIXIC (MX86251). On this site in "Drivers" department you'll find suitable drivers.

So question for all and especially for ps47. I'm looking for drivers for Obsidian2 X-24 on Win2K & XP. On the official Quantum3D page there are only drivers for W9X & Nt. I se the signature of ps47 where is written "Obsidian2 X-24,running xp pro" what set of drivers do you use ? I found non official drivers there http://www.geocities.com/shs_3dfx/download/Obsidian2_Win2k-XP.zip may be you use another ?

So 200Mhz is real for VSA100, I oveclock my voodoo5500 up to 196Mhz, if to use volt mod or change the stock cooler, I think 220Mhz is real too. So there is my result in 3DMar2001SE. url=http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=9163052
