Following a mainbord list with full Voodoo support.
I remember that a lot of latest chipsets like Intel series dont't compile with Banshee, Velocity, Voodoo3, Voodoo4 and Voodoo5 boards (AGP version) due AGP 2X specs for Voodoo.

So all Voodoo PCI version haven't problems with all new, latest chipsets as well as some Voodoo4 AGP 4X version.

It' a good news for Banshee users: on www.3dfxzone.it a new driver kit, named "X-Mojomotion 1.0", is on line. This release supports Windows 9X/ME OS and all video cards with a Banshee chipset. X-Mojomotion 1.0 includes some new libraries as GLideXP and D3D miniport and a new (tweaked) default settings of win registry.

What's in the distribution?
============================================

This distribution contains Voodoo Banshee drivers, and
3dfx Tools for Windows 95/98/Me. The DirectDraw portion of the drivers
supports Direct3D when using DirectX 8.

NOTE: DirectX 8 redistributable files should be used with these
drivers!

Limitations
-----------

Running 640x480 16 Color will run SUPERVGA.DRV or VGA.DRV. No
Voodoo features will be used. Switch to a different resolution
or color depth. Full windowed hardware acceleration with this version
of the drivers is only possible when running at 16bpp modes.

Note:
Please read the file"About support"

Problem is that i would get a general solution, if possible.
I'm thinking about a ut2003.ini modding but this isn't simple [:(]!

#35813
So best choice are still i820 with Rambus memory because you can't setup 3dfx card like V5 6000 in an Intel P4 system due a too low AGP voltage against 3.3V voltage request by Voodoo. If you want use V5 6000 with P4 cpu must plane only a motherboard with SiS or VIA chipset.

#35814
Good trick man :)
if you can get a frame boost w/out stability issues...you made a pretty work for me.

Which driver do you use?

#35815
Hi Grand Admiral Thrawn,

yes...but screnshots are compressed reducing download time...;)

...[:(]...they are in italian...;)...but with google translator...

I remember that 3D-Analyze is a pretty tool that allows using a non TnL card (as Voodoo3/4/5) running the latest games which require hardware TnL capabilities.

Welcome to forum :)...

Do you have install chipset mainboard driver?
If yes, try solving problem with DirectX 9 setup.

If you need, i'm here ;)

- Restart Windows.
- When the BIOS finishes loading, begin rapidly tapping the F8 key (do not hold it down). At some point, the Advanced Options menu appears.
- Scroll down to Enable VGA Mode, and press Enter. Windows will start using VGA drivers only without changing your permanent settings.
- Now run Amigamerlin setup ;)

#35819
Please specify your system (mainboard, cpu, video card, OS etc...)
