Yeah nice mod dude! Big advantage of those coolers is, that the card still uses only one Slot in your Case and doesn't block the nearby PCI Slot. Where did you get those two coolers btw?
my friend gives me one, and I still have another one from my 9800se card. (so this coolers are 9700/9800se original heatsinks)
sorry to put this thread up but do you think this cooler from a 9800pro will fit a voodoo 3 3000?
hmm I dont know, but its sure you must make new holes in the cooler

No, it will not fit. The GPU is too close to the goldfinger (the part that goes into the slot).
