http://drivers.NuAngel.net - bottom of the page. One file, all known Voodoo TV drivers. Last thing I ever confirmed was that the Win2K Beta 3 driver worked in XP. I haven't seen my VTV card in years, couldn't confirm or deny if you can force it to work in Vista or 7.
