Voodoo Banshee Elsa Victory II BIOS

As I don't know where to apply for new files I am just creating this post with a rapidshare link, feel free to add it to your great archive, team of 3dfxzone.it :-)
(the company of the card is dead, so I just upload it to keep it alive and offer it to the 3dfx community)

This is the BIOS of an ELSA VICTORY II Voodoo Banshee Card, including their flash-utility:

It updates the card (AGP, SGRAM) to Ver. 4.05.02

All readme's etc. is included, it's the original archive from ELSA company.
