Have tried to donwload the drivers but always get message 'Dta not recognised' any advise ?

ok. Have installed windows 2000 pro and found my Voodoo3 card's driver only supported at 98. I have down loaded a host of versions of win 2000 suppoting voodoo3 drivers but all fail saying conflicting inf and ini files' the 'the data is not valid'

And you have tried to install how many drivers ??

What others cards are in your machine ?
If your V3 is a Pci, try to change the slot
If you have others cards in your machine, remove them and install in first the Voodoo 3 and the drivers, then install the others cards.

Probably a conflict

Windows 2000 tends to recommend installing any WHQL qualified driver it finds as the default. If you are trying newer drivers that aren't WHQL certified you will need to select other drivers to install and then pick the driver from the displayed list. You could simply be always re-installing the same driver because W2K recommends it.
