My current rom is 1.00.01sd.I tried to update to 2k11sd using flash utility ver 2.14(the stuff i downloaded from this site).

If you're trying to flash your BIOS from a command prompt inside of WinXP that won't work. You must flash from a clean DOS boot from a floppy disk. You can get a boot disk from http://www.bootdisk.com and if you need another site for BIOS files you can try Stanto's site. http://welcome.to/3dfxbios All the files on that site are tested and work correctly. (I'm not saying the files on 3dfxzone.it are bad, I just have never tried them but have used the ones on Stanto's site)

My mobo is: Gigabyte GA-6wmmc7-1

The Voodoo3 2000 is a slightly slower card than the Voodoo3 3000.
The Voodoo3 2000 and Voodoo3 3000 both have 16Mb 128bit SDRAM. The GPU and memory on the 2000 are clocked at 143MHz whereas the 3000 is clocked at 166/166.

VSA-100 is the GPU on the Voodoo4 and Voodoo5 cards.
