everytime i try to install older game demos such as aliens vs predator or dark forces II : jedi knight this message comes up:

even if i press ignore it still closes. Now, aliens vs predator definatly used to work on my pc, probably b4 i installed service pack 2. as did worms.

any suggestions?

i  recently got a 2nd computer(dell), with 64mb of onboard graphic memory. however, it doesnt support HTnL, and the motherboard doesnt have any agp slots, so i cant transfer my 9200 pro. i saw a ati radeon 7000 pci 64mb ddr, which should suffice  as i spend less time on gaming and more on watching dvds.
                                   but i cant seem to find out whether it has HTnL.

i am going to buy a new graphics card. i have 2 options:

1)128MB DDR GeForce FX5200 TV-Out - APGx8
2)128MB GeForce4 MX440 · DDR · AGPx8 · 128Bit

i was leaning toward the fx, but it is the entry level card in the geforce fx range, so should i intsead order the mx440?i would like my new card to last longer than my old one(18 months before my tnt2 was phased out of modern games)

can some 1 give me a link 2 an emulater that provides hardware tranform + light capabilities for non hardware t+l boards.

im trying to find  an emulater which let me run hardware transfom +light games, eg enter the matrix. my graphics card is jus be4 the ge4orce 256 era, + thus doesnt support hardware transform +light.
