Hi !

Could McLeod help us for compiling Voodoo Banshee driver 4.12.01.0675 ?

Has somebody Visual C++ 1.52 ? I need 16-bit compile tools (cl.exe, link.exe, rc.exe).

Regards

Good but him can help compile new OGL ICD or only mesagl glide?? Because seems mesagl supports opengl 1.4...

Eheheheh! :D The current Mesa/FX is crap! Me and Koolsmoky ran some tests, but it is slower with Quake3.

However, the Mesa core blasts! I'm fixing the new Glide driver right now! The new age lies on my HDD [8D]

Bye bye!

Well, Daniel Borca will try again to compile the VB driver. He is a good man and we (all Banshee users) appreciate his efforts.

So you have VC++ 1.60 : is it for 16-bit compiling ? Anyway if the file isn't too big, please send me the file(s) at phoenix15@free.fr
Thank you very much !

Excuse me for late but here are the files i have:

LINK.exe (Microsoft incremental linker)
MC.exe (what's the rc.exe??)

Do you need this files?? if yes i send it in your mail;)

Well, rc.exe is the resource compiler, or am I wrong ?

About the files : MSVC 1.52 (not 1.60) is needed according to the original makefile from source code. But anyway, thanks.
It seems that XP DDK contains MSVC 16-bit compile tools, but I don't have this DDK. It would be nice if you would try to compile the VB driver, because you've got the XP DDK and MSVC 6.0.

Well, I suppose you can... but can be a PITA! However, Banshee compilation requires HP=H3 and TU=1 be set in "setenv.bat" or rather in [8D].bat

Good luck!
