Title: Fastvoodoo 4.0 registry tweaks?
Post by: LW_Hearse on 03 December 2003, 14:04:15
Hi there,

Various files are included in the driver set with registry tweaks named antialiasing/ glide / direct 3d. What do these do? Should i expect an antialiasing tab somewhere in the control panel or what exactly does it do? Secondly various screen refresh files marked .REG can't be entered into the registry. What do i do with these?

~Thanks

Hi

In FV2 4.0 GE readme we have explained both antialias and refresh frequency regs so read here: https://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/3dfx/voodoo2/releasenotes/fv2_4.0_ge.htm

Quotewhat exactly does it do

:)

Those enable video output with edge antialiasing. Of course you don't wait to get VSA-100 FSAA...but with many GLide games, like Unreal  Tournament, you look smoother polygons

Are you using Win9x OS?
Let me know.
